The guideline set under this law requires the employer to give considerations to: (i) establishing a clear policy on sexual harassment, making the said policy known to employees, and providing related education; (ii) responding to consultations and complaints, and (iii) making a prompt and appropriate response to a sexual harassment case, once it has occurred.

In operative paragraph 16, the words “adoption by the General Assembly” in the first line should be replaced by “imminent entry into force”.
